Our cases are digital, so you can play them the moment you buy. That also means a refund can't be undone the way a returned box can, so here is exactly how it works.
If the game won't work
Email [email protected] with your order number and what's happening (device, browser, what you see). We'll help you get it running. If we can't, we'll refund you in full.
If you bought by mistake
Bought twice, or bought the wrong case and haven't unlocked it yet? Write to us within 14 days and we'll refund you.
How refunds are paid
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, so refunds go back to the original payment method through them. Once a purchase is refunded, its license key stops working.
